Heather Hill

Founder & Creative Visionary, Hill Drapery Design

Where elegance meets edge, you’ll find Heather Hill. As the founder of Hill Drapery Design, Heather transforms windows into works of art—blending timeless luxury with modern flair. With an eye for texture, tone, and the perfect pleat, she curates custom drapery that doesn't just dress a room—it elevates it.

For over two decades, Heather has worked with discerning homeowners, top-tier designers, and style-savvy tastemakers who believe window treatments should be anything but an afterthought. Her signature? Luxe fabrics, impeccable craftsmanship, and a touch of drama (the good kind).

In your design projects, your strengths lie in  space planning, rugs, Wallpaper, lighting, cabinetry…. I am here to add the finishing touches, adoring your creation, with either elegantly understated or intricately layered window treatments, all meticulously crafted by the finest seamstresses in the area. These treatments will be flawlessly installed by a professional, detail oriented team.

I invite you to experience my process, where I'll assist in bringing your clients' projects to their fullest potential. Together, we'll achieve design excellence that leaves a lasting impression.

Personal Life

As a Narberth native, I've remained closely connected to this area, boasting an intimate knowledge of its hidden gems and scenic back roads. These days, I call Birchrunville, PA, home, a charming locale you should definitely explore, especially if you're a fan of the Birchrunville Café, a renowned tiny French restaurant with a cash or check-only policy and a three-month waiting list – it's worth the wait! Birchrunville is nestled near Chester Springs, Phoenixville, and Kimberton, where my husband and our four children frequently venture. Speaking of my family, we're a diverse bunch: there's Hannah, a sophomore at Northeastern University in Boston, majoring in Environmental Sustainability; Emerson, a high school senior with aspirations in Biology/Pharma; and my two bonus children, Maddie, a senior in Nursing at DeSales University in Allentown, and Zach, who resides with his wife Katrina in Kennett Square.

Beyond my passion for design, you'll find me engrossed in various hobbies, such as cultivating my "Vegetable Prison" garden, a necessity due to our house's proximity to voracious deer. I also relish leisurely kayaking and hiking with Evie, our lively 5-year-old Cockapoo. The sound of water gently lapping at the shore holds a special place in my heart, making waterfront locations my absolute favorite. I'm an avid explorer, drawn to new places, and I savor the great outdoors through camping adventures. In the kitchen, I enjoy experimenting with healthy recipes and crafting refreshing juices.
